3.1 Single Account Policy
Each player is permitted to hold only one (1) registered account on hawk play. The creation of multiple accounts by a single individual, whether using different email addresses, mobile numbers, payment methods, or device identifiers, is strictly prohibited. hawk play employs technical and manual detection methods to identify duplicate accounts. Where duplicate accounts are identified, hawk play reserves the right to close all associated accounts, void all pending bets and bonuses, and forfeit any balances held therein.
3.2 Accuracy of Information
You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration and to update such information promptly if it changes. hawk play is not liable for any loss or inconvenience arising from your failure to maintain accurate account information. Your registered name must match the name on the payment method used for withdrawals.
3.3 Account Security
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your hawk play login credentials, including your username, password, and any two-factor authentication codes. You must not share your credentials with any third party. hawk play will never request your password through any channel. You agree to notify hawk play immediately upon becoming aware of any unauthorized access to or use of your account.
3.4 Account Ownership
hawk play accounts are personal and non-transferable. You may not sell, transfer, or assign your account or any rights therein to any other person. Any attempt to do so will result in immediate account termination.
4.1 Deposits
hawk play accepts deposits via GCash, PayMaya, BPI, BDO, Metrobank, InstaPay, and PESONet. The minimum deposit amount is ₱100. Deposits are credited to your hawk play wallet upon confirmation from the relevant payment provider. hawk play does not accept deposits from third-party accounts – the payment method used must be registered in your own name.
4.2 Withdrawals
Withdrawal requests are processed within twenty-four (24) hours of submission, subject to completion of identity verification (KYC). Withdrawals will only be processed to a payment method registered in the same name as your hawk play account. hawk play reserves the right to request additional documentation before processing any withdrawal, particularly where the withdrawal amount is significant or where unusual account activity has been detected.
4.3 Currency
All transactions on hawk play are denominated in Philippine Peso (PHP / ₱). hawk play is not responsible for any currency conversion fees charged by your bank or payment provider.
4.4 Anti-Money Laundering
hawk play complies with applicable Philippine anti-money laundering laws and regulations. hawk play may request source-of-funds documentation for large transactions and is required to report suspicious transactions to the relevant authorities. Deposits must be made from funds that are legally owned by you and derived from legitimate sources.

In the event of a technical malfunction, network interruption, or system error that affects the outcome of a game, hawk play reserves the right to void the affected round and refund the wager to the player's account. hawk play is not liable for any losses arising from technical failures beyond its reasonable control.
Bets placed in error by the player cannot be cancelled or reversed once confirmed. Players are responsible for verifying their bet selections before confirming any wager.
The following conduct is strictly prohibited on hawk play. Engaging in any prohibited conduct may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and referral to relevant law enforcement authorities:
8.1 Suspension by hawk play
hawk play reserves the right to suspend or restrict your account at any time, with or without prior notice, where hawk play reasonably suspects a breach of these Terms, fraudulent activity, money laundering, or any other conduct that hawk play deems harmful to the integrity of the Platform or its players.
8.2 Termination by hawk play
hawk play may permanently close your account and forfeit any remaining balance where: (a) you have materially breached these Terms; (b) you have provided false information during registration or verification; (c) you are found to be under 21 years of age; (d) hawk play is required to do so by applicable law or regulatory authority; or (e) continued operation of your account poses a legal, regulatory, or reputational risk to hawk play.
8.3 Voluntary Closure
You may request closure of your hawk play account at any time by contacting customer support. Prior to closure, all pending wagering requirements must be settled and any outstanding verification requirements completed. Legitimate balances will be returned to your registered payment method following account closure, subject to verification.
All content on the hawk play Platform, including but not limited to software, game engines, graphics, logos, trademarks, text, audio, video, and user interface designs, is the exclusive property of hawk play or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the Platform solely for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, publicly display, or commercially exploit any content from the Platform without the prior written consent of hawk play.
The hawk play name, logo, and all related marks are trademarks of hawk play. Unauthorized use of these marks is strictly prohibited.
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, hawk play, its directors, officers, employees, agents, and licensors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the Platform, including but not limited to:
hawk play's total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising under these Terms shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you into your hawk play account in the thirty (30) days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
Nothing in these Terms shall limit hawk play's liability for death or personal injury caused by its negligence, or for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, to the extent such limitation is prohibited by applicable law.
hawk play collects, processes, and stores your personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By registering on hawk play, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.
hawk play complies with the Philippine Data Privacy Act of 2012 (Republic Act No. 10173) and its implementing rules and regulations. Your personal data will not be sold to third parties. It may be shared with payment processors, identity verification providers, and regulatory authorities where required by law or necessary to provide the Platform's services.

If the dispute cannot be resolved informally within thirty (30) days of written notice, either party may pursue resolution through the appropriate courts or regulatory bodies of the Philippines having competent jurisdiction.
Nothing in this clause shall prevent hawk play from seeking urgent injunctive or other equitable relief from a court of competent jurisdiction where necessary to protect its legitimate interests.
